Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 1966 Plymouth FURY recalls can be found in this database. It may be useful to use online problems resource that shows automotive defect patterns, based on complaint data submitted by vehicle owners. The problems are organized into groups with data published by vehicle, component, and specific issue. See also an updated list of 1966 Plymouth FURY problems before buying a used car. In most cases, the recall is initiated by the manufacturer. But it also happens that it is forced to do so. The largest and most scandalous recall campaigns were those that were initiated by complaints and lawsuits from consumers through controlling state structures.

Additional Description: This 1966 Plymouth Fury III is the kind of classic that we're all on the lookout for. With serious big block power, a great color combo, and a cool hardtop profile - this is a ton of distinction for quite a nice price. This one gets the cool Mopar muscle machine vibe just right. The silver paint is an upgrade later in life. It's not too flashy, but it does seem to harmonize quite nicely with the full-length trim w/black inserts and black steelie wheels with dog dish hub caps. Stacked headlight, wide chrome bumpers, and the large dual exhaust tips are all part of this imposing package. Another place the sliver looks quite nice is against the full red interior. This is an upper-end Fury package, and so you have nice features like bucket seats with a full center console. And the door panels, carpeting, headliner, and dash all have a deep red appearance. So you'll be proud to roll down all the windows on this pillarless hardtop so people can get a closer look. The details are even nice, like the recovered seat upholstery and the way the interior trim coordinates with the look of the exterior trim. There's an upgraded wood-rimmed three-spoke steering wheel. In front of that is the familiar rectangular Plymouth speedometer that's flanked on your left by auxiliary gauges. There are also provisions for nice features like a retro-style AM/FM stereo and air conditioning (there is a compressor and vents, but it will need more servicing before fully functional.) Under the hood is proper Mopar muscle with the 383 cubic-inch V8. It's built for power with a Holley four-barrel carburetor, Weiand Team G intake, and long tube headers that add power while also giving a nice rumble to the dual exhaust. The clean undercharge shows more nice investment, including newer stainless dual exhaust and traction bars in the rear. The three-speed transmission is a stout unit built to handle the power while also offering automatic ease, and there's even power steering for better enjoyment. This Fury lives up to its name with its big power package. And so it's amazing its available right now for such a little price. Call today!!!
